We also offer you the option of managing your property once it has been let. Each month we send the tenant a receipt with the relevant charges, we adjust the amount as stated in the contract and we follow up on the payment of utilities. We also take care of the maintenance, so you don't have to worry about it and you just receive the monthly deposit in your account. And if a tenant decides to leave, we start the search for candidates and prepare the property to welcome its new occupants in the best conditions.
